This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is designed to inform you about the use of information that you provide to Silvia Dimcheva. (“Silvia Dimcheva,” “we,” or “us”) through the application (the “Application”).

Silvia Dimcheva does not store or keep the Personal Data stored longer than necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Data was processed. Personal Data will be kept until a customer deletes their account. At the moment a customer deletes their Customer Flow account, Silvia Dimcheva will no longer be able to retrieve the Personal Data any longer.

If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians to use the Application and other services we provide. The Application is not available to minors and if we become aware that a minor has provided any information to us, we will delete or destroy that information. You can contact us and provide information to enable us to deal with the matter promptly.

As a general matter, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to third parties your Personal Data without your explicit and informed consent.
